تطبيق SeaSaleKw (ونشير له بـ "التطبيق" أو "نحن") هو منصة إعلانات مبوبة تتيح للأفراد في دولة الكويت عرض وبيع وشراء القوارب واليخوت وقطع الغيار والمعدات البحرية، والإعلان عن ورش التصليح والرحلات البحرية.
هذي السياسة تشرح لك بوضوح: أي بيانات نجمعها، ليش نجمعها، مع من نشاركها، وكيف تتحكم فيها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فأنت توافق على ما ورد فيها.
- ما نبيع بياناتك لأي طرف ثالث، ولا نستخدمها لإعلانات مُوجّهة.
- ما نجمع موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق — تختار منطقتك يدوياً من قائمة.
- تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق بأي وقت.
١. البيانات اللي نجمعها

١.٢ بيانات تُجمع تلقائياً
- بيانات الجهاز: نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل ونسخة التطبيق واللغة.
- سجلات الأعطال والأداء: لإصلاح المشاكل التقنية.
- بيانات الاستخدام الأساسية: مثل عدد مشاهدات إعلانك — تُعرض لك ولا نربطها بهوية من شاهد.
- رمز الإشعارات: لإرسال تنبيهات الرسائل الجديدة وانتهاء الإعلان.
١.٣ بيانات لا نجمعها
- موقعك الجغرافي الدقيق أو تتبّعك عبر الخريطة.
- جهات الاتصال أو الرسائل أو معرض الصور — نصل فقط للصور اللي تختارها بنفسك للرفع.
- أي بيانات بنكية أو أرقام بطاقات. كل عمليات الدفع تتم داخل متجر أبل أو قوقل بلاي، وهم من يتولى بياناتك المالية، ونحن لا نراها إطلاقاً.
٢. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تشغيل التطبيق: إنشاء الحساب، نشر الإعلانات، البحث، الدردشة، الإشعارات.
- الأمان ومنع الاحتيال: كشف الحسابات الوهمية والإعلانات المكررة والسلوك المسيء.
- مراجعة البلاغات وتطبيق الشروط والأحكام.
- تحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأعطال.
- التواصل معك بخصوص حسابك أو إعلاناتك أو تحديثات هذي السياسة.
ما نستخدم بياناتك لإعلانات مُوجّهة، وما نبيعها ولا نؤجّرها لأي طرف ثالث.
٣. مع من نشارك بياناتك
نشاركها فقط مع مزودي خدمات ضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق، وكل واحد منهم ملتزم بحماية البيانات:

وقد نفصح عن بياناتك إذا طلبتها جهة قضائية أو رقابية مختصة في دولة الكويت وفق القانون، أو إذا لزم ذلك لحماية حقوق أو سلامة مستخدمينا.
٤. المحتوى الظاهر للعامة
انتبه: إعلانك واسمك المعروض ومنطقتك وتقييمك تظهر لكل مستخدمي التطبيق، بما فيهم الزوار غير المسجلين. لا تكتب داخل الوصف أو الصور أي معلومة ما تبي تنكشف — مثل رقمك المدني أو عنوان بيتك التفصيلي أو أرقام حساباتك.
رقم هاتفك لا يُعرض داخل الإعلان، ويُستخدم فقط عند ضغط المستخدم على زر الاتصال أو الواتساب.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- الحساب: يُحتفظ به ما دام حسابك فعّالاً.
- الإعلانات المنتهية أو المحذوفة: تُخفى فوراً وتُحذف نهائياً خلال ٩٠ يوماً.
- رسائل الدردشة: تُحفظ ما دامت المحادثة قائمة، وتُحذف بعد ١٢ شهراً من آخر رسالة.
- بيانات البلاغات: نحتفظ بها حتى ٢٤ شهراً لحماية المستخدمين من تكرار المخالفات.
- سجلات تقنية: تُحذف تلقائياً خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
٦. حقوقك
لك بأي وقت الحق في:
- الاطلاع على البيانات اللي عندنا عنك.
- تصحيح أي بيان غير دقيق من داخل التطبيق.
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل.
- الاعتراض على معالجة معينة أو سحب موافقتك على الإشعارات.
- الحصول على نسخة من بياناتك بصيغة قابلة للقراءة.
لممارسة أي حق، راسلنا على support@seasalekw.com ونرد خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى.
٧. حذف الحساب
من داخل التطبيق: الحساب ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
يُحذف حسابك وإعلاناتك وصورك ورسائلك ومفضلتك نهائياً خلال ٣٠ يوماً. أو راسلنا على support@seasalekw.com من نفس البريد المسجّل.
٨. أمان بياناتك
نستخدم التشفير أثناء النقل، وسياسات صلاحيات صارمة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات تمنع أي مستخدم من الوصول لبيانات مستخدم آخر. ومع ذلك، ما في نظام آمن بنسبة مئة بالمئة، ونحن ننصحك بحماية حسابك وعدم مشاركة رمز التحقق مع أي شخص — ولا حتى مع من يدّعي إنه من فريق SeaSaleKw، لأننا لن نطلبه منك أبداً.
٩. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون سن ١٢ سنة، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. نشر الإعلانات وإجراء المعاملات مقصور على من بلغ ١٨ سنة فأكثر. إذا علمنا بوجود حساب لطفل دون السن، نحذفه فوراً. ولي الأمر يقدر يراسلنا على support@seasalekw.com.
١٠. نقل البيانات خارج الكويت
قد تُخزَّن بياناتك على خوادم مزودي الخدمة المذكورين أعلاه خارج دولة الكويت. نختار مزودين يلتزمون بمعايير حماية بيانات معترف بها دولياً، ونطبق ضمانات تعاقدية مناسبة لحماية بياناتك أينما خُزّنت.
١١. تعديلات على هذي السياسة
قد نحدّث هذي السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند أي تغيير جوهري، نبلغك داخل التطبيق أو عبر بريدك المسجّل قبل سريان التعديل. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد سريان التعديل يعني موافقتك عليه.
١٢. القانون الحاكم والتواصل
تخضع هذي السياسة لقوانين دولة الكويت، بما فيها لائحة حماية خصوصية البيانات الصادرة عن هيئة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات (CITRA).

SeaSaleKw ("the App", "we", "us") is a classified-listings platform that lets individuals in Kuwait list, buy and sell boats, yachts, marine spare parts and equipment, and advertise repair workshops and sea trips.
This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you control it. By using the App you agree to this policy.
- We never sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
- We do not collect precise location — you pick your area manually from a list.
- You can delete your account and all your data from inside the App at any time.
1. Data we collect

1.2 Data collected automatically
- Device data: device model, OS, app version, language.
- Crash and performance logs: to fix technical issues.
- Basic usage data: such as your listing's view count — shown to you without identifying who viewed it.
- Push token: to notify you of new messages and expiring listings.
1.3 Data we do not collect
- Precise location or map-based tracking.
- Contacts, messages, or your photo library — we only access the photos you explicitly select for upload.
- Any banking or card data. All payments are processed by Apple or Google Play, who handle your financial information; we never see it.
2. How we use your data
- Operating the App: accounts, listings, search, chat, notifications.
- Safety and fraud prevention: detecting fake accounts, duplicate listings and abusive behaviour.
- Reviewing reports and enforcing our Terms of Service.
- Improving the App and fixing bugs.
- Contacting you about your account, listings, or updates to this policy.
We do not use your data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
3. Who we share data with

We may also disclose data where required by a competent judicial or regulatory authority in Kuwait, or where necessary to protect the rights or safety of our users.
4. Publicly visible content
Please note: your listing, display name, area and rating are visible to all users, including unregistered visitors. Do not include anything in your description or photos that you would not want public — such as your civil ID, detailed home address, or account numbers.
Your phone number is not displayed in the listing; it is used only when a user taps the call or WhatsApp button.
5. Data retention
- Account: kept while your account is active.
- Expired or deleted listings: hidden immediately, permanently deleted within 90 days.
- Chat messages: kept while the conversation exists, deleted 12 months after the last message.
- Report records: kept up to 24 months to protect users from repeat offenders.
- Technical logs: automatically deleted within 30 days.
6. Your rights
At any time you may:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data from within the App.
- Delete your account and data entirely.
- Object to certain processing or withdraw consent for notifications.
- Obtain a copy of your data in a readable format.
To exercise any right, email support@seasalekw.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Account deletion
In the App: Account → Settings → Delete Account.
Your account, listings, photos, messages and favorites are permanently deleted within 30 days. Alternatively, email support@seasalekw.com from your registered address.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit and strict row-level access policies that prevent any user from reaching another user's data. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your account and never share a verification code with anyone — including anyone claiming to be SeaSaleKw staff, as we will never ask for it.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 12 and we do not knowingly collect their data. Posting listings and transacting is restricted to users aged 18 and over. If we learn of an underage account, we delete it. Parents may contact support@seasalekw.com.
10. International transfers
Your data may be stored on our service providers' servers outside Kuwait. We select providers that meet internationally recognised data-protection standards and apply appropriate contractual safeguards.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you in the App or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, including the Data Privacy Protection Regulation issued by CITRA.
