هذي القائمة جزء لا يتجزأ من الشروط والأحكام. أي إعلان يخالفها يُحذف فوراً، ويُوقف الحساب، وقد نبلّغ الجهات المختصة في دولة الكويت.
القائمة ليست حصرية. نحتفظ بحقنا في حذف أي إعلان نراه مخالفاً للقانون أو النظام العام أو الآداب العامة أو سياسات متجري أبل وقوقل، حتى لو ما كان مذكوراً حرفياً هنا.
١. الأسلحة والمواد الخطرة
- الأسلحة النارية بجميع أنواعها وأجزائها وذخائرها.
- الأسلحة البيضاء المعدّة للاعتداء.
- بنادق ورماح الصيد تحت الماء غير المرخصة، وأي معدات صيد محظورة نظاماً.
- المتفجرات والألعاب النارية والمواد الحارقة أو المشعة.
- المواد الكيميائية الخطرة وأسطوانات الغاز غير المطابقة.
٢. الكائنات البحرية المحمية والصيد غير المشروع
- السلاحف البحرية وبيوضها ومنتجاتها.
- الشعاب المرجانية والأحياء المرجانية حية أو ميتة.
- أسماك القرش وأنواع الأسماك المحمية أو المهددة بالانقراض ومنتجاتها.
- الأسماك والربيان والقشريات المصيدة خلال فترات منع الصيد المقررة من الهيئة العامة لشؤون الزراعة والثروة السمكية.
- الأسماك تحت الأحجام النظامية المسموح بصيدها.
- اللؤلؤ والمحار المستخرج بالمخالفة للأنظمة.
٣. معدات الصيد المحظورة
- الشباك المحظورة نظاماً بجميع أنواعها ومقاساتها المخالفة.
- أجهزة الصعق الكهربائي أو المواد السامة أو المتفجرة المستخدمة في الصيد.
- أي معدة يمنع استخدامها بموجب أنظمة الصيد في دولة الكويت.
٤. القوارب والمركبات غير النظامية
- القوارب أو المحركات أو المعدات المسروقة أو المشتبه بمصدرها.
- القوارب بدون أوراق ملكية أو ترخيص ساري.
- القوارب المطموس أو المعدّل رقم هيكلها أو محركها.
- القوارب المحجوز عليها قضائياً أو المرهونة دون إفصاح.
٥. الوثائق والخدمات غير القانونية
- تزوير أو بيع رخص القيادة البحرية أو شهادات الملكية أو تصاريح الصيد.
- خدمات تخليص المعاملات بطرق غير نظامية أو الوساطة غير المرخصة.
- الأجهزة اللاسلكية أو أجهزة الاتصال البحرية غير المرخصة من الجهات المختصة.
- أجهزة التشويش أو التتبع غير المشروع.
٦. المواد المحظورة عموماً
- المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية وأدوات تعاطيها.
- المشروبات الكحولية بجميع أشكالها.
- التبغ ومنتجاته والسجائر الإلكترونية.
- الأدوية والمستحضرات الطبية بأنواعها.
- المنشطات والمكملات المحظورة.
٧. الحيوانات
- الحيوانات الحية بجميع أنواعها، بحرية كانت أو برية.
- الطيور والأسماك الحية للزينة.
- أجزاء الحيوانات المحنّطة أو منتجات الأنواع المحمية.
٨. المحتوى والخدمات المخالفة للآداب
- أي محتوى إباحي أو إيحائي.
- الخدمات الجنسية أو المرافقة.
- المقامرة أو المراهنات أو اليانصيب.
- أي محتوى يمس الذات الإلهية أو الأديان أو يحرّض على الكراهية أو العنف.
٩. المال والبيانات
- العملات الرقمية وخدمات تداولها.
- القروض والخدمات المالية والاستثمارية غير المرخصة.
- بيع الحسابات أو المتابعين أو أرقام الهواتف أو قواعد بيانات المستخدمين.
- بطاقات الائتمان أو بيانات الدفع.
- مخططات التسويق الهرمي والمخططات الاستثمارية الوهمية.
١٠. المنتجات المقلدة والمخالفة
- السلع المقلّدة أو المنتحلة لعلامة تجارية.
- البرامج أو الأجهزة المكسورة الحماية.
- قطع الغيار المزيّفة أو المعاد ترقيمها لتبدو أصلية.
- معدات السلامة البحرية غير المطابقة للمواصفات (سترات نجاة، طفايات، أجهزة إنذار).
١١. مخالفات النشر
- الإعلانات الوهمية أو الاختبارية أو المكررة.
- صور مأخوذة من الإنترنت أو لا تخص السلعة المعروضة.
- إعلانات تحمل أرقام تواصل داخل الصور للالتفاف على النظام.
- الإعلان بالقسم الخطأ عمداً لزيادة الظهور.
- الترويج لتطبيقات أو مواقع منافسة داخل الإعلانات أو الدردشة.

This list forms an integral part of our Terms of Service. Any listing that violates it is removed immediately, the account is suspended, and we may report the matter to the competent authorities in Kuwait.
This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to remove any listing we consider unlawful, contrary to public order or morals, or in breach of Apple and Google store policies — even if not expressly named here.
1. Weapons and hazardous materials
- Firearms of any kind, their parts and ammunition.
- Bladed weapons intended for assault.
- Unlicensed spearguns and any fishing equipment prohibited by regulation.
- Explosives, fireworks, incendiary or radioactive materials.
- Hazardous chemicals and non-compliant gas cylinders.
2. Protected marine life and illegal catch
- Sea turtles, their eggs and products.
- Coral and coral organisms, live or dead.
- Sharks and protected or endangered fish species and their products.
- Fish, shrimp and crustaceans caught during closed seasons set by the Public Authority for Agriculture Affairs and Fish Resources.
- Fish below the legally permitted size.
- Pearls and oysters harvested in breach of regulations.
3. Prohibited fishing equipment
- Nets prohibited by regulation, of any type or non-compliant mesh size.
- Electric shock devices, poisons or explosives used for fishing.
- Any equipment banned under Kuwait's fishing regulations.
4. Irregular boats and vessels
- Stolen boats, engines or equipment, or items of suspicious origin.
- Boats without valid ownership papers or licence.
- Boats with erased or altered hull or engine numbers.
- Boats under judicial seizure or mortgage without disclosure.
5. Illegal documents and services
- Forging or selling marine licences, ownership certificates or fishing permits.
- Unlicensed brokerage or irregular paperwork services.
- Unlicensed radio or marine communication devices.
- Signal jammers or unlawful tracking devices.
6. Generally prohibited substances
- Narcotics, psychotropic substances and related paraphernalia.
- Alcoholic beverages of any kind.
- Tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
- Medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Prohibited stimulants and supplements.
7. Animals
- Live animals of any kind, marine or land.
- Live ornamental birds and fish.
- Taxidermy or products of protected species.
8. Indecent content and services
- Pornographic or suggestive content.
- Sexual or escort services.
- Gambling, betting or lotteries.
- Content offensive to religion or inciting hatred or violence.
9. Money and data
- Cryptocurrencies and trading services.
- Unlicensed loans, financial or investment services.
- Sale of accounts, followers, phone numbers or user databases.
- Credit cards or payment credentials.
- Pyramid schemes and fraudulent investment schemes.
10. Counterfeit and non-compliant products
- Counterfeit goods or trademark infringements.
- Cracked software or jailbroken devices.
- Fake or re-stamped spare parts sold as genuine.
- Marine safety equipment not meeting standards (life jackets, extinguishers, alarms).
11. Listing violations
- Fake, test or duplicate listings.
- Photos taken from the internet or not of the item offered.
- Contact numbers embedded in images to bypass the system.
- Deliberately posting in the wrong category to gain exposure.
- Promoting competing apps or websites in listings or chat.
